We decided to upgrade our house and we were not sure if we wanted to build again and were less than enthusiastic walking around display homes. Until we met Syed. He listened to what we need and provided all necessary information. We walked away feeling confident and most importantly, excited about the prospect of building again.

We met with Syed several times and found him to be deeply knowledgeable. He was honest about all costings (we had no nasty surprises at contract time) and went out of his way to make our experience a good one.
Since then, we have met with Shalini in VU Studio for colour selection and were once again very happy with the experience. Whilst keeping your preferences in mind, she is able to come up with options we wouldn’t have thought of on our own. We had fun and are very happy with the choices made.We look forward to meeting other members of the Xircon team and expect the end result to be as equally fabulous as the staff met so far.

After getting married we knew the next step was to have our own home. But we didn’t just want to buy any old home, we wanted to build according to our desires.
However, in being newcomers to the housing market, it was a little scary to know which builders to go with. Nevertheless, after seeing our friend’s newly built home, we knew Xircon was the perfect choice.

We were amazed by all the finishing touches and outstanding layout and design of the home. It all flowed so naturally and provided a lot of flexibility in terms of space which is fantastic if you’re considering growing your family.

Ishika was an exceptional sales consultant who was not pushy in getting me to sign the contract. She was highly professional in hearing me out regarding my requirements before providing me with the final quote. I felt really positive about the whole experience and was quite happy with the quote they provided. I decided to go ahead with them.

I was impressed with the options that were included in my colour selection. Mesum with his great interior designing skills helped me make the right choice whenever I was confused in a very professional way. At the end I was content and happy with what I was going to have in my home.

When the construction started, I was introduced to the site Supervisor Abbas. He communicated really well at each stage of the construction and always answered my queries in time. He never failed to upload the photos of the construction on site, it helped me stay up to date with the progress and also made me happy seeing the house come to live.
