1. At Xircon Homes, we understand that timing is everything when it comes to building your dream home. Our guaranteed site start can reduce some of your stress by guaranteeing the date your dream home will be built so that you can plan your move ahead.

2. Xircon  Homes  can  guarantee  the  date  of  your  site  start  when  you  meet  the  following requirements:

(a)    Your land must be titled, settled and ready to build;
(b)    Your finance has been approved unconditionally;
(c)    If your land is in a new estate, it must be ready for soil testing and survey with confirmed site access;
(d)    The floorplan is finalised;
(e)    You agree to be available for scheduled appointments and be committed to work hand in hand with your home consultant; and
(f)     You understand that any third party, outside the control of the builder may impact on your Site Start Guarantee.

3. Once your sales paperwork/building contract is finalised, deposit is paid and our home consultant team has determined that you have met all the requirements for a site start guarantee, our tradespeople will then get on site ready to build your home. Xircon Homes aims to deliver what we have promised and that you get to enjoy your new Xircon Homes home when expected.
