2. House and Land Packages consist of land and a house which are sold separately. The land advertised in this package is not owned by Xircon Homes and can be purchased directly from the developer/owner of the land by entering into a separate land contract. The land price does not include transfer duty, settlement costs and other fees or disbursement incurred with the purchase of the land.

3. Xircon Homes works closely with the developer and may receive a marketing referral from the developer/owner of the land. This may not be credited towards the House and Land Package. Xircon Homes has authority to advertise the land for the price specified. House and Land Packages are only available for the particular lot and house advertised. At the time of listing, the price of the House and Land Package was correct, and the land was still available for sale.

4. Final block and building dimensions may vary from the information provided at the discretion of Xircon Homes. Prices specified may vary based on the individual lot price (subject to the inclusions or specifications required) and can only be finalised once all siteworks plans are completed and the current market value of the land and other relevant costs are taken into consideration.

Please take note that government grants (including but not limited to Building Bonus, First Homeowners Grant and Federal Government Home Builder Grant) are subject to eligibility and strict criteria.
