2. This is a one-off exclusive offer to customers who choose Xircon Homes Rock Assurance and cannot be taken up or processed after the New Home Estimate or New Home Proposal has been signed.

3. This offer is subject to and conditional on the following:

(a) it must be accepted at the sales stage when offered to you by your nominated sales consultant and must be documented in the New Home Estimate or New Home Proposal. This offer is not open for acceptance at any other or later stages.

(b) it is in addition to the site cost allowance and once accepted (signed together with the New Home Estimate or New Home Proposal) is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to, the event where no rock is found on the nominated property or the cost of removing the rocks is under $1,500.
